It was quite tasty; it had a sausage flavor, but it was acceptable, not an unpleasant, foul smell. It's a pity the portion was a bit small.
The glutinous rice inside was delicious, and the outer layer of large intestine was quite chewy. Cutting it into pieces would make it easier to eat. The overall experience was different from what I expected; I thought it would be sausage-sized, but it wasn't cut into pieces like this. After steaming, the meat bulged out.
It has the flavor of night market snacks, and air-fried dishes are very convenient.
First time buying, hope the taste is Taiwanese enough.
