The pancakes are delicious, but they're very difficult to roll; they end up being loose.
I bought this rice paper many times. Last time I bought 6 packs and have used up them all. At some point, Wee stopped selling them, which made me unhappy because I could not find them in any markets, and those available were not up to my expectations. This paper has versatile uses, suitable for all kinds of fillings, from Cha Gio (Vietnamese spring rolls) to Bo Cuon La Lot (Beef and betel leaves rolls) and so much more. So crunchy and delicious. Hope I can buy them as often as I wish.
The vacuum packaging was quite good, it was still a little cold, and the expiration date was quite far off. This was my first purchase and I'm very satisfied.
