I originally bought this for my elderly parents, but it turns out it's all fish tail pieces. It's 12 pieces per pound, which averages out to less than 40 grams per piece. The fish meat is also thin, and even after steaming, it still has a slightly fishy smell. I hope you can label the product as containing fish tail pieces to avoid any unnecessary misunderstandings.

There were three buns in the bag. I cooked one for my husband today. He first air-fried it for 10 minutes and then transferred it to the stove; adding tomatoes and tofu made it cook faster, which was another way of cooking it.
