This product is Aara brand Indian cane sugar powder, clearly labeled "100% Natural" and "No Added Sulpher" on the packaging. It's unrefined raw sugar, making it a healthy alternative to white or brown sugar. Compared to regular white sugar, it retains more of the sugarcane's natural vitamins and minerals (such as iron and magnesium). Adding a little marinade to grilled salmon will make the meat even more tender!
