I'm not sure if the taste has changed or if my palate has, but it isn't salty, tastes much less artificial, and is delicious. Of course, it's more about the seasoning than the meat, but I'm still satisfied with the convenience of ordering online and eating it in the US. It tastes amazing when wrapped in seaweed with minced garlic, Cheongyang chili peppers, and sesame oil.
There is more seasoning than crab meat, but considering it saves you the trouble of peeling the shells and the price, it is good value for money.
