These crabs are really delicious. They were already cleaned and prepared, so I just rinsed them once under running water and made seasoned crab. I also bought some to make soy sauce marinated crab last time. It’s not quite as good as store-bought, but in these times of high prices, I am satisfied with both the price and the taste. Top!!!

I'm not sure if the taste has changed or if my palate has, but it isn't salty, tastes much less artificial, and is delicious. Of course, it's more about the seasoning than the meat, but I'm still satisfied with the convenience of ordering online and eating it in the US. It tastes amazing when wrapped in seaweed with minced garlic, Cheongyang chili peppers, and sesame oil.
