I get this almost weekly for hot pot. It’s pretty good but needs to be cleaned well. Has a lot of hard stuff on it.
I made Zhou Hei Ya (a type of braised duck), but note that the squid needs to be braised separately during the braising process, otherwise the whole pot will have a squid flavor.
