One day I fried a dish of amaranth
It is very tender and delicious when stir-fried. If you are hungry at night, fry a plate of it for yourself as a midnight snack!
Delicious, but a little expensive
Wow! I really like the green vegetable seedlings this time! It was tender and fresh. I made amaranth and fish soup twice, and it was cleared away on the table as soon as it was served. I didn’t even have time to take a photo. The last bit was blanched and served on the table. It was still delicious, but this time I had time to take pictures . Thanks Weee!

I’m very satisfied with the bunch of fresh and lovely amaranth I received. Amaranth is a highly nutritious food. I’m happy that I can get this vegetable from Weee. Here it’s prepared with onions, garlic, ginger, tomatoes, and coconut cream. I cooked it together with Malabar spinach ( also purchased from Weee). It was served with steamed rice, fried smelts and eggplant. Supper was healthy and delicious.
