Cut lamb chops into small pieces, coat them with cornstarch and an egg, and marinate in the juice for a day. Wrap in aluminum foil and bake at 350F for 20 minutes. Remove the foil and bake at 370F for 7 minutes on each side until crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.

Pour the sauce over the chops, place them in a resealable food bag, and knead again through the bag to ensure even marination. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Celsius. First, cover with aluminum foil and bake for 15-20 minutes. Then flip and bake for another 15-20 minutes without foil. Delicious!
