The dried tofu is quite soft, making it suitable for the elderly. It can be eaten mixed with soy sauce and sesame oil, or stir-fried with green peppers, shredded pork, and dried tofu.
I've bought this many times. It can be used for braising or blanching and then mixed with sauce.
My favorite is stir-fried tofu, it goes so well with rice!

I also found this brand's tofu pudding in the supermarket, which is also super delicious. This brand's products are generally good.
