Wei Chuan shepherd's purse wontons are delicious and fresh, a family favorite! They're often sold out in Chinese supermarkets, so I'm so grateful to have bought them from Weee so many times.
It looks delicious? I bought it on sale, so it was a good deal.
The wontons arrived small, so thawing was unavoidable. I immediately divided them into smaller pieces and placed them in a separate dumpling container. Next time I cook frozen wontons, they won't be one big lump that falls apart easily. Delicious wontons!

I actually just put them in the air fryer with a bit of oil and they cook very nicely. I like them.
Crispy fried fish with chili sauce is also good.
