It's easier to store in sections, and it's great for stir-frying green peppers and shredded pork.
I used 2cm thick pork tenderloin cutlets. I was worried about the calories, but I fried them in a small amount of oil and finished them in the air fryer just before eating. They turned out very tender. Incidentally, when I made roast pork with this meat, it was dry. However, when I sliced it thinly and ate it that way, it was refreshing and quite good. I would like to use this again!

I bought this because I wanted to make tonkatsu, but it was smaller than I expected.
They sent me beef instead of pork tenderloin, and it was ridiculously mushy.
The fried noodles were delicious, the meat was tender, and the texture was great, but the meat wasn't very springy.
