- I used 2cm thick pork tenderloin cutlets. I was worried about the calories, but I fried them in a small amount of oil and finished them in the air fryer just before eating. They turned out very tender. Incidentally, when I made roast pork with this meat, it was dry. However, when I sliced it thinly and ate it that way, it was refreshing and quite good. I would like to use this again!
