Frozen pork shoulder cutlet, 2 lbs. Fresh meat with some connective tissue, suitable for braising or making char siu.
The quality is very good and there isn't much oil residue.
I bought it to make soup, but I just tried grilling it instead, and it was so tender and delicious.

It's different from the one I bought a year ago; it's gotten a bit heavier. Still, it's on the thinner side, so I think it will be good for light use. The packaging box is the light green color shown in the picture with Korean writing on the outside, but the pan is made in China, just as the description says lol.
