This have always been one of my favorites.
Every time I buy Hong Kong-style dim sum, I can't miss shrimp dumplings, siu mai, and vegetable and pork buns. Godilocks pork siu mai has the most meat juice and a good balance of lean and fat, and it's also much cheaper than the Hong Kong-style doll-shaped dim sum siu mai. I've bought it many times.

Sometimes, they use heavy-duty siu mai sandwiches with long pig buns, which taste very good.
