Plenty of meat and in good condition. I soaked it in water for 2-3 hours to remove the blood and oven-roasted it, so there is no gamey smell.
The long pork ribs yielded quite a few small pieces of meat, which I steamed separately.

Very fresh! I made braised pork ribs.
When I first bought the spare ribs, the inside had spare ribs. The second time I bought the spare ribs, the inside was all fatty pork belly. It’s kinda disappointing.
There were only a few pieces of ribs; most of it was scraps of meat.
