Such a great find! I ordered this to go with frozen sundae, and it did not disappoint. The stomach, ear, and heart were all clean-tasting with no gamey smell, and the portion was bigger than I expected. Super convenient to have in the freezer when a sundae craving hits. Will definitely reorder!
I like the liver and offal in sundae; it's delicious even just dipped in salt and doenjang. If you make sundae soup, it tastes just like pork soup. It's hard to find in the U.S., but it doesn't smell and is tasty.
It’s incredibly hard to find pork offal/special cuts in the US, but this place nailed it! There was barely any gamey smell, and the texture was perfectly chewy and delicious. I’m so glad I found this!
Two of us bought this to make gukbap with added sundae! It's just right!

The liver pieces were very large and needed to be sliced for cooking. They were frozen but still fresh. Worth the price.
I will used this in my pork kilayin
Pork liver is truly the kind of food that gets more and more addictive the more you eat it. Fresh pork liver has a vibrant red color, and when sliced, it's delicate and tender. A simple stir-fry releases an irresistible aroma. It's soft and tender with a rich meaty flavor, far from the monotonous taste you might expect.

The bones are delicious, and still frozen.
I made kimchi stew and the meat is really good.
Even after draining the blood and doing everything I could, there is still a slight smell. The freezing condition was fine, so it's a shame.
This has lots of meat and a good chewy texture
With plenty of meat, you can make braised pork ribs. Add some freshly bought green beans and eggplant, and it'll make a delicious stew.

The goods are in good condition and have not defrosted.
It smelled so bad that even after scrubbing it twice with coarse salt and rinsing it with water, it still smelled, and it was tough, perhaps because it wasn't baked enough. I think I need to scrub it thoroughly with flour and bake it until crispy.
It's a pretty big bag, perfect for making braised pork intestines
Not bad. Turn it over and quickly remove any debris and lymph nodes (very few). Add salt and flour and rub it in. After rinsing, soak it in vinegar and pepper for about 10 minutes. How about that? Clean, right? The smell isn't too strong either.
Even though I know it's troublesome, I can't resist giving it a try!
It doesn't smell bad at all. I've repurchased it twice.
So fresh and cheap.
After removing the grease, this is what's left after braising.
Have to clean multiple of times to get rid of the smell.
There's a good amount of large intestine; it'll last for several days.
