There are two inside; it looks like one is a front leg and the other is a back leg. The front leg is fine, but the back leg is a bit... I don't think people with weak stomachs will be able to eat it.

Good quality pork hock. Precut to small pieces and pretty clean. Only a few pieces had hair that I had to burn off. More expensive than regular pork hock but would definitely buy again. Totally worth it!
