Pork neck with plenty of marbling and a beautiful color
This was amazing! A lot of fat I had to remove but i grilled the meat, overcook it and it was still very soft to bite! I would buy more! I am addicted! The picture shows the meat after i kept it frozen.

It's really delicious if you score it, marinate it in zesty sauce, and bake it in the oven! The meat is thick, so the chewiness is superb. Since it's pork jowl, there is a bit of a layer of fat.
