I immediately unfroze the meat and braised it in a pot as soon as I received it. The meat quality was excellent with no unpleasant smell. The entire packaging was also very clean. I've repurchased it several times.

I like gold medal pork hocks, its delicious and its easy to cook. And got a good deal too.
The pork knuckle was delicious, but perhaps because it was their first time buying it and they didn't know how to roast it in the oven, the skin was tough, but the flavor was just right.
It just feels like a pinata.

Braised pig's trotters. Two very large pieces! The pot almost couldn't hold them. The downside is that some parts of the skin still have hair. You can just scrape it off or throw it away.

The pig trotters are of good quality; braised or roasted pig trotters are very popular.

The pig's feet were washed clean, and some of them were hairy. I made braised pig's feet, which were delicious.
This is the first time I bought this pig's trotter. The portion is large and it looks good. I will post photos after it is braised.
The bag is quite big and has a lot of stuff.
The braised pork trotters are bright red in color and full of aroma. The meat is chewy and tender, rich in gelatin and tasty. It melts in your mouth and has a mellow and sweet taste.
