I bought these to put in a lunchbox, and there are two pieces in the pack. They are thick and have plenty of cheese, but since the instructions didn't say to use an air fryer, I fried them in a pan instead. It was quite a hassle. I'm not sure if it's okay to use an air fryer.

Cooking with an air fryer -easy and fast
These pork and cheese katsus are excellent! They fry up nicely, with a premium panko crust, and they have lots of cheese and tender juicy pork inside, I've ordered these twice now and they have been great both times, i still continue to enjoy these in the future
