It arrived frozen solid, so it was safe to eat. I made boiled pork with it, and the meat was tender and good—but there wasn't enough fat, so I found it a bit dry... haha.
I was able to make enough of char siu buns or steamed siopaos with this meat. Though I forgot to take photos of the raw meat and the packaging as I got way to excited to start cooking haha But here's one way to prepare this meat as shown in my photos. Overall, good quality, generous quantity and definitely will buy again!

Quality is legit so good. Not really sure about the nutrients table legitimacy, but it says it’s got 30g protein per 112g. One chunk weighs 301g. If what it says on the chart is true, it’s got high protein, low fat, 0 carb. Meat quality is wow. I wish they keep selling this without fluctuating the price too much.
It was used to make stir-fried shredded pork with knife-cut noodles, and it tasted pretty good.
