It tastes great, with a strong peppery aroma. I would buy it again.
In winter, use 30 grams of Happy Belly Singapore Bak Kut Teh soup mix to cook garlic Bak Kut Teh pork ribs. Delicious!

This seasoning is okay, slightly sour and sweet. One packet of this seasoning is enough for one packet of ribs. I added a little barbecue marinade and it tasted great. It's not outstanding, but it's very good. It's nice to cook ribs with this once in a while to satisfy my craving.
