Excellent cold chain transportation; it arrived still rock hard. The meat was fresh, and it was delicious stir-fried with sauerkraut.
I was busy preparing the food and wanted to stir-fry it with chili peppers, but the first bite was incredibly fishy and pungent. I thought there was something wrong with my tongue, so I asked several other people to try it, and they all said it smelled bad! It tasted like something spoiled, rancid, and fishy.
