It's a bit sour kimchi, but I think it would be good for pork kimchi stew. If you prefer raw kimchi, it might not be for you, but it is delicious.
I tried making kimchi stew with pork~ The kimchi was just perfect, so I put in the whole container and was able to eat it for more than three meals. I'm satisfied!!!
