I used half to make a single serving of rice bowl, and there was a bit too much fish—I think one purchase would be enough for up to three servings. Sure, this is smoked salmon, just cut into chunks instead of slices. If you don't mind the appearance, you can buy it. I prefer it cut into smaller pieces, so it goes very well with avocado rice.
