mustard green for pickled Mustard green. One order equals two large mustard green. All was process and nothing go to waste. For some may be too much leafy but perfect for me because I like eating the leaves more than the stems.

Gai Choy is a repurchase many times. My family and I love this greens. I received a bag of beautiful fresh greens. Here I added some to my soup. It adds a lovely flavour to soups.
I made gat kimchi with mustard greens. It tasted similar to gat kimchi and was quite good, just like regular kimchi.

I received 2lbs of lovely green Gai Choi, cooked it along with water spinach, with onions, garlic, ginger, tomatoes, salt to taste, onion and garlic powder, and black pepper. I’m satisfied with the produce I received. Very tasty, delicious and nutritious greens. This is a repurchase many times.
