The meat was quite fresh, but there was a lot of fat. A large handful of big chunks of fat with no lean meat were cut off and rendered into almost half a bottle of lard The remaining meat was mostly half lean and half fat, so I made braised pork and then chopped it up to make roujiamo (Chinese hamburger), otherwise it would have been too greasy.

This premium thick-cut pork belly is juicy and full of flavor. The thick slices stay tender on the inside while getting perfectly crispy on the outside. The balance of meat and fat is just right, making every bite rich without being too greasy. It tastes great with just a little salt, but it's also delicious wrapped in lettuce with your favorite sauces. It was easy to cook and turned out like restaurant-quality BBQ at home. I would definitely buy it again!
Good portion, came nicely sealed and still frozen
Very nice cut with perfect marbling. Shown here is after marinating in Kalbi sauce for 2 days. Turned out great and even tasted better. This is a great option to the often more expensive beef short ribs, plus this is boneless. Made my life much easier

I always have these two things in stock. Pork belly is meaty less fats. Pork ribs are great too. I use both for either sinigang or adobo.
