This is the first time I've had a grapefruit that isn't astringent; it's actually sweet! Delicious!
I peeled them and made Yangziganlu, and it was really sweet and slightly bitter—so delicious! I didn't let them ripen separately and just put them straight into the refrigerator, and they tasted great.
