It's delicious; the filling isn't too sweet, and the crust is very fragrant and has a wonderfully flaky and chewy texture. The expiration date is also good.
This is my second purchase and I'll definitely buy more. The cakes are delicious, with a sweet and sour pineapple filling, not just cloyingly sweet like other pineapple cakes. The price is a bit higher, but it's worth it.
There are still 16 days left on the shelf life, which is pretty good. I like this thick pineapple cake; it has a slightly sour taste and is made from real pineapple. It's the best pineapple cake I've ever had.
