The duck, after being drizzled with crispy skin glaze and air-dried, turned out absolutely amazing after roasting!
great! nothing to prepare, just to thaw for 24 hours then pop into the oven and follow the instructions exactly. make the condiments and pancakes, peel off the skin (wipe off the fat in the back and cut in strips) pull the meat off. enjoy it as in the restaurant. btw no need to pick the feather stubs, they'll burned off in roasting.

I ordered it a month ago and it was so delicious that I bought it again, but the packaging and brand of the flour pancake that came with it changed. The old one was much tastier, but this one had a lot of oil in the pancake and tasted fishy, so it wasn't that great. ㅜㅜ

This roast duck pancake is exceptionally good; it's evenly thick and not greasy. I've tried several kinds before, but this one is still the best. I'll definitely buy it again.

Second time purchase
I ordered a couple times before it was good. But this time the duck piece are smaller seems like baby duck size. Most are bones the meat is dried, flavor not blended with meat. Only 1 good piece. Also package came with broken plastic lid. I’m very disappointed, wasted money.
As a frequent customer, I feel that the portions are getting smaller and smaller. The packaging box is not big, but it used to be filled up. The last few times, it has been getting smaller and smaller. At first, I thought it was just bad luck (some ducks are always small), but now it seems to be the norm. There is still a lot of empty space in the box. The packaging box, plus the sauce box, and the sauce in the duck are also quite a lot, a total of a little over 20oz.

Put half of the roast duck into a baking dish and bake for 5 minutes. It will taste better if the skin is crispy. But this store uses a lot of MSG, so it tastes saltier. I am sensitive to MSG and had an allergic reaction after eating it!

More than half of it was duck liver, with a strong smell of blood... The most meaty part was the duck butt, which tasted like a chicken butt that hadn't been cleaned...

It only takes about ten minutes in the air fryer, so convenient and delicious! The salty and savory flavor is just right I think it tastes better than buying it from a restaurant. The quantity is also just right, I will definitely buy it again.
They taste great after 25 minutes in an air fryer. You can buy several when there's a discount.
Today I made duck soup with half a duck, adding bamboo fungus, shiitake mushrooms, morel mushrooms, red dates, and lotus seeds. It was a delicious pot of soup, enough for the three of us for a meal. So fragrant!

This duck is perfect for roast duck. It only cost around 10 dollars, and it's such a big roast duck, it's totally worth it. You'd have to pay at least 100 dollars to eat it outside.
