Top 2 products for Parsnip

At the grocery store, parsnips are expensive and I usually get one or two but here I have a bag full. I eat them the same way I eat carrots I like to put them in a stew pot with some meat, some broth and seasonings with parsnips, carrots, and potatoes and onions. It’s a wonderful meal. I’m going to try because I have so many to eat them raw peeled with a dip.
Just chop into half inch coins. Toss 2 tsp of oil like olive oil or canola oil. Roast at 400F for 30 minutes. So simple and delicious! You can also roast with carrots and potatoes and they all cook at the same time.

The winter vegetables like turnips and parsnips, potatoes and carrots are wonderful because they last a long time. All of those are good to snack on raw, of course after they’re washed. But they’re very good stewed or just steamed and of course they’re good in stirfry.
It's cheaper than the nearby supermarket, which is a great help.
