Great breakfast option. Prepared this per package instructions on the barbecue grill the night before and then warmed in microwave for breakfast with a couple of eggs. Loved that this was an alternative to traditional American bacon. Make it an all-out Filipino breakfast and serve with garlic fried rice.

Magnolia Pork Tocino is also one of our favorite breakfast dishes. It doesn’t have a lot of fat. It’s good with eggs, fried rice, tomatoes & of course you have to have a coffee with it.
