The Thai clams look quite large and plump!
Still love the clams. This brand is the best. it has a lot of umani flavor and the sheels are beautiful. I'm glad Weee restocked the products.
Oh, this is really tasty, and it's fully cleaned of sand. It's great. I think it would be delicious in soybean paste stew, too. I should buy a lot if it goes on sale.

I used it in acqua pazza. It was delicious with no unpleasant smell. The pieces were a little small, though.
I used these whole brown clams to make sundubu, and they added a natural sweetness and briny depth to the broth. The clams opened nicely during cooking and paired really well with the soft tofu and spicy broth. Simple ingredients, but such a flavorful bowl.
I regularly repurchase it; it's very convenient for cooking.
