Not bad, although there weren't many pieces. Using a pressure cooker makes it very tender and soft; the meat falls apart easily. I added carrots and tomatoes as a base.

I forgot to share! The shrimp shells were already peeled. As for cooking, they're fresh and fairly large; they'd be a good choice for making scrambled eggs or dumplings.
