This pork chop was really tough, a huge piece, and had some fat and tendons inside. I felt that eating one at once was a bit too much; it was a bit greasy. I don't really want to eat it anymore lately, especially pork chops. I'll eat it again when I'm no longer tired of it.
I bought this to use on days when I'm wondering what side dishes to make.
