amazing wheat noodles to use for cold noodles. very thin, chewy and coats well in sauces and spices. cooks quickly, not too heavy on the stomach, very good noodles.
As expected, Ottogi Somyeon is the best among noodles~ I made Janchi-guksu with it and it was delicious!
For a noodle enthusiast, thin noodles are a must-have at home.

Made chicken kalguksoo
I keep buying it. Compared to fresh noodles, it's not bad. It doesn't get too soggy after boiling, which is great. Fresh noodles are coated with starch powder, so the broth is thick, but this isn't like that, and I like it.
Kalguksu is delicious! I simply ate it with anchovy broth and green onion seaweed.
I bought it to make clam kalguksu
Dried noodles are easy to store and delicious.
I like it because it doesn't take up space in the fridge and it's dried noodles.
