Top 2 products for Osaka Ohsho

I bought this for the first time. The filling is in paste form, and personally, I prefer Ajinomoto's pork and chicken dumplings.
No oil or water is needed in the pan. Just place the dumplings in the pan and fry them slowly over low heat to create crispy, icy-flower-shaped dumplings. The packaging says to fry for only five minutes, or even without covering the pan. Because I was afraid of burning them, I fry them longer, but to my surprise, they really did have crispy, icy-flower-shaped dumplings! It's amazing! I have to say, Osaka Osaka's reputation as the best dumpling in Osaka is well-deserved. These dumplings have a noticeable ginger flavor. The filling seasoning is different from Ajinomoto dumplings. The skin is very thin and definitely has a crispy texture. For me, the seasoning is a bit salty, and the ginger flavor is a little unusual. I often saw Osaka Osaka on Japanese TV shows. One year, when I was transiting through Japan, I made a special trip to the Osaka Osaka store in Shinbashi, Tokyo. The store was packed, and I only ordered takeout. I don't remember the taste then, but I do remember that even when it was cold and served as a bento at the hotel, it was still delicious.
