It's easy because you don't need to boil it. While you're stir-frying the other ingredients, soak it in water, and then add it when you're done. So simple!
It looks like a small amount, but when you cook a whole pack, it's way too much! It's way too much for two people to finish. The rice noodles are chewy and I would buy it again.
