I bought this again because it was delicious the last time I bought it. My kids enjoy it too when I add ponzu sauce.
It's curly kale, a very healthy and highly nutritious cruciferous vegetable . You can blanch it in boiling water and then add it to a delicious salad with avocado and cucumber . Alternatively, you can stir-fry it with minced garlic and oyster sauce for a more Asian flavor . Or, you can blend it with sweet fruits like bananas, apples, and kiwis in a high-speed blender, adding oat milk or water to make a green juice – an excellent drink for weight loss .
There are a few that aren't in great condition, but I bought them for smoothies.

This is way too old! You have to peel off a lot of the outer layer before you can eat it.
First time ordering this cabbage and they sent small cabbage with me so much leaves. I had to dig out the small cabbage in the middle and rest of it was not possible to eat with soil etc so went to trash. Very sad…
