I bought two American green onions for $2.99, sliced them, and stir-fried them with shredded pork tenderloin. It was very fragrant and delicious. It was a big plate, enough to be eaten in two meals!

This is perfect for hot pot!! The white part is a little shorter than the Fukaya leek, but it's thick enough, and the aroma and flavor are just like the leek sold in Japan. Perfect for hot pot.
