I got these noodles on sale and it’s such a great deal. The flavor is nice and the noodles have a great texture. I like to add seaweed flakes, sesame seeds, sesame oil, and some cold noodle broth. It’s a great and fast meal.

Delicious! I can even drink the soba broth.
I made buckwheat noodles with perilla oil. It took a little while to cook, but the nutty flavor is good. The portion isn't very large.
I was thrilled to find these 100% buckwheat (Juwari) soba on Weee! Authentic Juwari soba can be surprisingly difficult to find, so I was eager to try them. My only concern was that the soba might turn out too soft or mushy. I cooked the soba in boiling water for 6 minutes without adding cold water. Then I turned off the heat, covered the pot, and let the soba sit for another 2 minutes. Immediately afterward, I transferred them to ice-cold water and rinsed them several times. The result was fantastic! The soba turned out perfectly al dente, with a wonderfully nutty flavor and satisfying texture. To beat the heat, I made a refreshing buckwheat soba salad, and it was a success! I'm delighted with how it turned out!
The soba broth is also delicious. I always buy it whenever I can.
It's my fault for not reading the description carefully, but the portion size is quite small. Nevertheless, I can eat 100% buckwheat soba in America! And since it's salt-free, I can drink the soba broth too, so I'm really looking forward to eating it.
I bought this twice already. It is very good.
I like it because I can enjoy the soba broth and taste the deliciousness of the buckwheat flour.
This is my first time buying this noodle, so I don't know if it's good or not. All I know is that it's made in Japan.
The buckwheat has a strong aroma and is delicious.
It tastes good. I mixed it with other buckwheat noodles.
