I bought this for making hand-rolled sushi. I'll pickle the rest in soy sauce. It contains lots of fresh, beautiful shiso leaves.
It's always been beautiful, but today the color was really bad, which was disappointing.
I had been storing (frozen) overflow for a long time, but it finally ran out, so I bought some more.
I usually eat it with sashimi, but this time I put it inside a salmon onigirazu (rice ball sandwich). The shiso leaf flavor was a nice accent and it was delicious.
It's excellent! It has the same aroma as the ones I had in the restaurant. It's better than the Korean-style perilla. The Korean-style perilla has almost no flavor; it tastes like ordinary herbs.
This is my third purchase. I feel like the leaves were glossier the first time I bought it.

Last several orders, most of them were wilted, with black spots. But it was finally fresh this time, very small leaves, but small is better than rotten I guess.
