Really nice pan! Feels good in the hand, nice weight, and looks good. I’m still working on my technique, but my egg white, cheese omelette with the black garlic chili crisp and scallion oil did pretty well! I can see this being really versatile, and a piece I didn’t have. 2 thumbs up!
The egg roll pan is small, but it looks big when placed on the induction stove. I think I'll use it a lot.
