Two slices per serving. I only remembered to take a picture and upload it after eating one. I microwaved one slice of Qiang bread for 90 seconds, which made it quite soft. If you prefer it firmer, you can microwave it and then bake it in the oven for 1-2 minutes. It tastes good, and I'll buy it again next time.
I’ve ordered these pancakes a few times. They are crunchy and delicious. I usually cut it in half and toast. Then put meat floss in between each . It tastes great, rich in scallions.
