I often buy Otafuku brand okonomiyaki mix when making okonomiyaki.
I'm so happy because I can't get it at local supermarkets.
I bought Otafuku okonomiyaki flour along with Thin Sliced Pork Belly Roll, Skinless, Frozen 1 Ib and cabbage to make okonomiyaki. It cooked up fluffy and flavorful—it was delicious.

I thought Otafuku Sauce was an okonomiyaki sauce, so I didn't know they also made tonkatsu sauce, so this was my first purchase. It's a relatively light sauce, but has a fruity and mild flavor. I thought it was helpful that there were instructions on how to make tonkatsu on the back of the package.
