This brown rice is fluffy, fragrant, and sweet—delicious! I was even able to make rice balls with it. It's a little pricey, but I bought it thinking it would be nice to have occasionally, but it's so delicious I might run out of it quickly!
I like that you don't have to soak it for long. It works fine if you soak it just an hour or two before cooking rice.
