The first one has a strong numbing flavor, while the other one, made with Sichuan peppercorn oil, has almost no numbing sensation, but it's quite fragrant. Both are good.
Sprinkling Sancho oil at the end is the key to creating that pungent flavor. I really add it to everything. It tastes great even if you just sprinkle a tiny bit at the end of soft tofu stew or kimchi stew.
