This tea has a nice, light tea aroma, and the 500 mL bottle is a pretty good size. The one I bought was unsweetened, so it had a slightly bitter, tea-like taste. If you’re looking for a drink with a strong tea flavor, this probably isn’t the one for you. The tea flavor is actually quite mild, with just a subtle tea aroma. Personally, I think that’s a good thing because a stronger tea flavor could sometimes make it harder to sleep. Overall, I think it’s worth trying. The bottle is also really cute, and the packaging looks clean and nicely made.
