Attached to the Jinsha ribs bought on weee, braised ribs and lotus root soup in winter, this lotus root has the taste of domestic lotus root, very waxy, silky, very suitable for stewing soup.
I just received it, the slender wild lotus root, fresh, simmer the ribs and lotus root soup tomorrow. Have eaten here to evaluate.
Beautiful texture, very different from regular lotus root. Best when stir fry with sesame oil, sake and a pinch of red chilies. Will definitely purchase again.
